Eat- Clean Diet Stripped
This is the book I recently purchased on Amazon in Kindle format and then in book format. The reason being is I wanted one for my kindle to read and one for reference with the rest of my cookbooks.
Before I shared I wanted to make sure I had actually had progress. Mainly, because I have around 5 diet books in my past gathering dust and still had the little gut despite my efforts. The reason being is that I was so darn hungry on all these diets all the time. Eating Clean Stripped is my next step in my health journey. And I have lost an inch and a half around the thickest part of my waist in 10 days!
The simple approach of following a six-mini-meal guide line of certain foods makes meal planning and grocery shopping simplistic . I do have to swing by the local farmer’s market and grocery store for fresh fruits and vegetables a couple of times of week and a few bags of frozen items.
I learned to cook brown rice from scratch! It was not nearly as difficult as my mind had predetermined.
If you are looking to loose a few give this book at try! I am going to post often about my 28 days! And I actually feel as if I an now reach my goal of slipping into my smaller jeans once again and to grace the Water Park with my little guy in the very near future. Well, when it warms up at least.
