Last week I did not manage to get my movement in each day, family took over. This happens all the time so I am going to try to revamp my schedule and get my movement in as early as possible in the morning. This will be some major revamp work because I do the majority of my work from 8:15 to 12:00 pm due to volunteer job and taking care of my son and home. This also means I will really need to make sure I get to bed at a decent hour.
How are you goals going for the year? Tiny steps can make huge leaps in a month.
