Welcome to September!
If you are in a health rut today is a wonderful day to turn the page and begin anew. I just tore August off my desk calendar and am happy to see September all shiny and blank. I know I will be adding tons of school and work stuff but I am also adding actual exercise and meal planning on this blank canvas as well.
I took my tummy measurement and discovered I am an apple shape. So my goal this month is to take a bite out of that apple.
Not a nibble mind you, I have been nibbling for years and that is what got me in this apple mess in the first place.
My short term goal for this week is to get back on the calorie tracking wagon. I am not successful when I travel. I have a habit of thinking,”I am on vacation, so how can I possible eat healthy”. But the thing is I travel a bunch and it shows. ( insert momma frown)
How do you deal with calorie intake while traveling? Tips are welcome.
How do you find time for movement while sitting in a car for 8 hour to get some place the will probably entail 2 trips through a drive-thru window?
Let get in on this together? Shall we move forward in health or sit on the sidelines feeding our mind the should of, could of, would of….
We deserve healthy bodies. I deserve a healthier body.
Lets give September a smack and eat healthier, move more and plan, plan, plan.
1. Track Calories
2. Plan Exercise and make sure I do it!
3. Limit computer time, it is a waist killer.
4. Reward myself everyday this week when I accomplish my mini goals.
