Menu-Plan Monday
Finally, after the busiest Christmas season every I am ready to get back on my health goals.
Goals for the week, remove all nitrates and make this a habit.
Overall goal for the year is still to get myself in that bathing suit to take Little Guy to the Water Park. I will get there. I just need to get rid of the mom guilt and get it done.
Monday – Red Sauce, Pasta, Salad ,may end up to be Turkey Bolognese
Tuesday- Roasted Chicken, will do two for Thursday’s pulled chicken recipe.
Wednesday-Taco Night with fresh guacamole and Texas Style Refried Beans done clean.
Thursday – Crockpot BBQ Pulled Chicken with North Carolina Style Red Slaw
Friday- Turkey Hotdogs (No Nitrates), sweet potato fries and cucumber salad.
Saturday – Dining Out with little guy.
All recipe links above will be clean when I cook them. The red sauce looks okay, but the slaw recipe will have to loose the white sugar.
