I am kicking of Wednesday with the simplest healthy breakfast ever!
1/2 cup oatmeal-
1 cup water
Microwave on high 2 minutes
Add 1 cup fresh organic blueberries.
Fold in the berries.
Eat It!
So yummy and so easy. Low Calorie and Good For You!
