Yesterday I surprised myself by working out through the entire Leslie Sansone dvd. It is hard for me because I get distracted by all the household responsiblities staring at me while I walk in place. I mean it seems I could walk around putting stuff away instead doing an aerobics dvd. But yet, the aerobics is a steady pace of movement, with upbeat music, and can be fun if I close my eyes and pretend I am 20 again dancing at the local pub. I really did enjoy dancing before I married my husband, he has never actually seen me dance! Its like we cannot cross that bridge now, its been too long. The dancing is mine and was never part of our relationship because we dated long distance.
I am pretty proud that the past seven days I have made time to exercise at least for 30 minutes or more excluding Sunday when we went to visit the zoo. Change is good, but moving change for health is very, very good.

January 9, 2014 atYesterday I started doing a few wii yoga steps. Looking forward to spring so I can do my daily walk to the mailbox which is an easy feat for others. But its a trek for me as it is an uneven, gravel and grass path, Good job with yours and keep it up!!
