My new goals for this month were adequate sleep and everyday scheduled movement. This week I am upping my moving time five minutes, drinking 60 oz. of water per day and really paying attention to my carb intake. So in a nutshell, low carbs and 5 more scheduled minutes to my everyday movement.

March 11, 2014 atMy goal for every week is to eat 3-5 small meals instead of 3 meals at least 4 times a week because I know I won’t ever do it 7 days. I have been accomplishing my goals though for the most part.
