Well I have been puttering along, not taking time for the detox baths or journaling but eating to plan the best I could. I decided to start weighing my meat portions instead of eyeballing. I have off an oz if it is a new recipe and I taste it a time or two.
I am generally at the same weight I was a couple a days ago but lost a little more around my middle and I mean very little. But you know … it has only been 8 days.
Two more to go! I can’t decide what I should do as a reward to my hard work.
