I have faired so well in the past 10 days. I know I could have probably worked out harder and longer, if I had time. I probably should have ditched my cheat morning java but all in all it has been a success.
I lost some inches 3.7 inches over all on my belly and butt. I lost 5.7 pounds! In 10 days without starving myself or going all Biggest Loser at the gym. I am pretty happy with the results. As soon as I workout this moring and take my son to his camp meet up I will be rewarding this old momma with Flashy blue toe nails for the wedding and perhaps even let them do my fingernails, which is super rare.
I am kicking-off officially phase 2 on the Sunday after the wedding of my son and his beautiful fiancee!
This phase apparently lasts 8 weeks. That is one fat commitment.
Writing here every other day and weighing myself daily has been a huge help to get this 10 day detox accomplished. Thanks for your support, especially Lisa… my good on-line friend who inspires me daily from her blog, My Cajun Life.
