During Lent I am extra busy at work with the Church and quick meals are a must.  I whipped together this incredible pasta dish in less than 11 minutes.  Rachel Ray would be so jealous. 🙂

Just cooked the Barilla Pasta, Spaghetti, following the guidelines of the Fast Pasta Cooker, add fresh tomato, basil, olive oil, a little butter for richness and good shredded parmesan cheese.  I was so tempting that Celebrity Chef Reuben Like it on my Instagram Page!

Can you feel the yum? Can you smell the fresh basil?

My humble OPINION is that the Fasta Pasta is a great time saver, easy to use and is wonderfully light so people who have trouble lifting heavy pans will be more able to cook a yummy meal!
